Langfristiger Mietvertrag mit Airbnb?

Puh, also ich muss sagen, ich fand es auch von Anfang an sehr auffällig, dass eine möblierte Dachgeschosswohnung mit Balkon in Berlin Mitte nur 750 € warm kosten sollte und dass der potentielle Vermieter aus den wahrscheinlich tausenden Antworten gerade sofort mich als Mieter haben möchte, aber es hätte ja alles sein können. Als er (Florian Herman) dann Folgendes schrieb:

The money, I want to receive monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money .Of course you will have to see the apartment before discussing further details . I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see it suits your needs. The delivery for the keys and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made with Airbnb to make sure that we can trust each other.I will explain the procedure if you are interested so please e-mail me as soon as you read this message because I really need to take care of this matter.Regards

Hallo, habe ähnliche Erfahrungen über Ebay gemacht bezüglich einer toll möblierten Wohnung in Offenburg zu einem supergünstigen all inklusive preis von nur 400€. Zuerst wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die Tante anschreiben muss. Die teilte mir dann mit, dass sie aus beruflichen Gründen für 10 Jahre nach England geht, wollte auch lieber in englisch korrespondieren, was schon komisch ist bei einer angeblich Deutschen. Als sie dann mitteilte, dass erste Miete plus 1000 € Kaution noch vor Vertragsunterzeichnung gezahlt werden sollte, kam mir gleich der Verdacht, dass es sich hierbei wohl um eine Betrugsmasche

Hallo Hallo ...... unterlasst das definitiv!!! ...wir hatten auch so ein Angebort bekommen für Dresden Tiergartenstrasse direkt am großen Garten super Lage 136 qm für lächerliche 800 Euro...auch komplett ausgestattet...Der Vater ein Pole hatte seinen Sohn während des Studiums wohl diese Wohnung gekauft und da dieser jetzt wieder dauerhaft in Polen lebt möchter er die Wohnung untervermieten. Er wollte natürlich auch alle kosten übernehmen ...Stutzig machte mich dann doch die ganze Sache hab das mal gegoogelt und bin hier rausgekommen. Ich bin wahnsinnig froh das ich bevor ich das Geld überwiesen habe mich doch nochmal schlau gemacht habe ....Hier mal die Daten von den A****...

und hier der beste Teil ...da ich Ihn schon mehrmals Fragen gestellt habe bezüglich der Wohnung usw. und er nie alle beantwortet hat...schrieb er mir dann mal dies..

Auf keinen Fall..Fake, hatte dasselbe und der Polizei gemeldet. Man bekommt sogar einen Ausweis etc. Airbnp sage ganz klar dass sie keine Schlüssel aufheben und man nie eine Rechnung von Ihnen erhält sondern alles über deren Website.. bitte nicht machen

Hallo Alle, bei mir war es die gleiche Masche, 110qm Traumwohnung in Frankfurt für 800 Euro. Apartment geerbt von der Tante. Abgewicklung ebenfalls über Airbnb. Da ich letztere kenne, dachte ich, könnte ja sein. Die Mail von "meinem" Bertrüger war übrigens wörtlich identisch mit der von "obernoob". Er hiess Roman Grondman und antwortete auch nicht auf meine Rückfragen. Finger wech! Schade, dass es solche A*geigen gibt.
